Friendsgiving Dinner
To preface this post, I’m really bummed. I didn’t take pictures of all the great people that were at this special dinner. Sometimes I am so in the moment that I totally forget to capture the moments with photos.
While in South Carolina a few days before we headed to Florida, we prepared an entire Thanksgiving dinner. We invited neighbors and friends that we just met and one of my friends came down from Charlotte. (jeepers didn’t even get a picture of her).
Well at this point I have been with Trish and Dave a little over three weeks. Since my van was still at the hospital they asked if I would like to drive their extra car down to Florida. Of course, I wanted to do that and spend some more time with them. The day before we left my van was fixed and we were able to have it parked at their home instead of at the service center/auto hospital.
Their home was in the location of the hurricane and also one of their rental properties, so we were anxious to get down there to see how things fared.
Not much more to say without the photos except that it was a wonderful time with great people and Trish and I had a lot of fun putting things together!! The only photo I have is of the turkey!!!
